finding inner peace through spirit releasement therapy with Learn Reiki and Connect

Hello and welcome to my blog post. In this blog, I'm talking about finding inner peace through Spirit Releasement Therapy.

The purpose of this post is to share a powerful therapeutic approach to spirit attachment and for those dealing with spirit intrusion. The feeling of a spirit attachment can be overwhelming. Many individuals experiencing this may wonder if they are losing their grip on reality. Symptoms like hearing voices, sensing a heavy presence, or feeling an involuntary change in behavior can lead to continuous anxiety and emotional turmoil.

I have shared my own experience to help others because this unique kind of episode can leave a person feeling lost, and completely confused, and the last thing we want to do is talk about what happened. If you have been following along with my blogs and podcasts, you will have noticed that I highlighted some key symptoms and indications of spirit attachment and I shared what I observed over the years about the patterns associated with this kind of experience.

I also want to add that there is a level of embarrassment and shame associated with this whole topic and those who are either going through it or have experienced this are less likely to own up or share the real truth. As a result, this topic remains taboo, and hidden.

My path to finding inner peace was a journey, and what I mean by that there wasn't a quick-fix solution, but rather a genuine, longer-lasting way to free myself. It didn't lay in the hands of someone else freeing me, it was down to me tuning into the higher self, for inner guidance.

I found a way through self-help by using some of the processes of spirit releasement on myself and trying out techniques to see what worked and what didn't. I kept going until I could lower and stop the voices and they had no power over me.

Next, I want to share how I found peace of mind.

Gaining Peace of Mind

Achieving peace of mind in the face of spirit attachment can seem daunting because there is no peace of mind. The mind is filled with nonstop talking, and hearing negative thoughts and voices about yourself or others around you.

However, I became aware of several strategies that created a powerful shift:

  1. Negative thoughts and voices: Spirit attachment can be confusing as a person can start to believe it's coming from within their mind and not externally. A key part of the process is to start identifying who speaking to you and distinguish between your thoughts and negative voices. To do this, tune into your intuition during moments of when you feel more like yourself as your inner guidance will help you.

  2. Stop Engaging: Spirit attachment is about hearing and listening to negativity, and telling you what to do. Stop engaging requires you to stop actively listening or doing what the thoughts or voices suggest to you. I used a few ways of overriding or even stopping thoughts and images by saying, "That's not me". "I do not consent". This step is how you reinforce your own authority and over time the spirits know when you mean it.

  3. Setting Boundaries: Spirit attachment can seem like you have no control over what is happening to you. There is a strong emotion to this experience that you are going mad, losing your mind. You can put with a barrage of negative thoughts and voices, and inappropriate behavior such as grabbing, imposing pain on parts of the body, or having an icy cold beam directed at you. Touching, name-calling, or being jilted out of sleep or even coerced into doing something. you are not uncomfortable with.

This is when I decided to set my boundaries so that I would not put up with that kind of behavior from anyone whether they were in a physical body or out of the physical body and broke the cycle.

Breaking the Cycle

Breaking the cycle requires both intention and action on your part but it's worth the effort because it opens the door to freedom. Cycles are most of the time unconscious patterns we get ourselves into. We can naturally reach a point of having had enough of a situation and therefore stop doing what we used to do. On the other hand, there are times when it's not until we become conscious of a cycle, then we can break it and move forward. The Techniques of Spirit Releasement helps us to see this cycle from a new perspective, a deeper lens, and become aware of how this attachment came about, the part we played, and coming to terms with being ready to release negative energy.

The Role of Spirit Releasement

Spirit Releasement Therapy (SRT) is an effective option to help individuals deal with spirit attachment. Combining a hypnotic meditative state, connecting with the white light, gaining spiritual insights, including the support of your spirit guides.

What to Expect from Spirit Releasement Therapy

  1. Consultation: We gather detailed insights about your experiences to date, this provides a foundation for healing.

  2. Hypnotic Meditation/Regression: You can expect to engage in a guided session where I will help a person's underlying emotions tied to spiritual connections.

  3. Release Process: The session aims for the person to start a process to release spiritual attachments. There are various techniques, spirit guides assistance, energetic cleansing, and visualization, are employed during this process. This continues after the session as you implement new boundaries and break broader cycles.

  4. Integration: This phase ensures you bring the higher self's inner voice into focus. I have put together one session and a double session to aid in solidifying these new insights and techniques.

  1. Regaining Your Inner Power: This kind of therapy can empower individuals to reclaim their autonomy. This therapeutic approach is about self-awareness, and self-help techniques, allowing you to discern between your true self and external influences.

A Journey of Rediscovery

The path to overcoming spirit attachment and finding inner peace can feel daunting. Yet, with supportive approaches like SRT and self-help technques discussed, individuals can reclaim their inner voice and step into their power.

From my own expereince this process can take time, as we are complex spiritual beings in the physical body coming to terms with the bigger picture.

I aim to help others gain clarity with their symptoms and patterns that keep attachments going. Use self-help techniques to reclaim their power, set boundaries, and break a cycle of spirit intrusion and attachment through a lens that will unveil the unseen and find inner peace.
